About Customs Duty
Most of our products are stocked in US warehouses and European warehouses. In this case, most of the customer's orders will be shipped from the corresponding warehouses, so customers from EU member states and the US do not need to pay any customs duty. Orders from other countries will be shipped from the Shenzhen Warehouse in China, and most of the orders will incur customs duty, which is borne by the customers themselves.

I really wanted to live the R1 rotary but after two attempts I’d give it no stars if possible.
The first one the chuck slipped on the drive shaft and set screws would not loosen or tighten.
Second one appears to have a bent driveshaft on the chuck and spins on an eccentric out by 0.44mm on the smaller diameter behind the hand knob.
Atomstack wants to send me a third unit. I’m hoping they will come around to a refund or I may have to dispute with credit card I suppose.
Think about ordering from Amazon to avoid the laggy customer service with China.
The product is fantastic, assembled 2 days ago and I'm already cutting and engraving, but we had many delays and excuses from Atomstack.net, We did not receive our giftpack as promised. Maybe there is a chance still to receive it, also two sets of glasses will be better as we most of time show or assist a worker.
Translation of description is not in the best English and can be misleading. Product excellent and easy to use.
